1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Initiating a Return

3 . Return Shipping
Local Customers (Kenitra) : Customers can return the product directly to our store at : Address : IM 26 BIS M/ ARABI C MAG N2, KENITRA
Courier Returns: If you choose to return the product via courier, you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to : – A defective product. – An incorrect item being delivered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
5. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide proof of damage (e.g., photos).
If the product is unavailable for exchange, you will be offered a full refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure you provide:
Photos or videos of the damage.
Details of the issue.
We will prioritize resolving the issue either by replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it in accordance with our returns policy.
